Our Investment Criteria
Altus IG acquires, improves, and operates value-add multifamily projects typically 100 to 250 units minimum and located in A, B and C suburban and metropolitan areas. We prefer assets built after 1970 to avoid common construction inefficiencies found in older vintage assets. We invest in markets with growing populations, rising incomes, and business and landlord-friendly laws. We focus on regions where municipalities and businesses are investing and planning for growth.
These long term growth markets allow us to achieve stability and long term rental and value appreciation.
Our current target markets are:
· Arizona – Phoenix and Tucson
· Florida - Orland and Tampa
· Texas - Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio
· Indiana - Indianapolis Metro
· Georgia - Atlanta Metro, Savannah, Athens
· Utah - Salt Lake City Metro Area
